Are you a legitimate organization and authorized to sell these park tickets?
We are a contracted ticket agent and we are fully authorized to sell and discount attraction tickets. We are also members of IATAN, CLIA, and the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce.

How are you able to discount these tickets?
We purchase tickets in extremely large quantities. The theme parks and attractions sell tickets to us at a discount due to the sheer volume of tickets we buy and sell.
I’ve seen the same ticket advertised on another site for a better price, can you match this price?
Absolutely. However, the competing price must be offered from a local authorized agency within 7 days of purchase.
Is there a catch? Do I need to attend a timeshare tour or any presentation?
No. NONE of our ticket prices require you to attend a timeshare tour. Again, THERE IS NO CATCH, NO TOUR REQUIRED.
Can I purchase 1 and 2 Day Disney Tickets?
Yes. We currently offer 1 and 2 Day Disney tickets. Keep in mind, we pay the same price for these tickets as everyone else. There is a markup over gate price that is a service fee we charge on these tickets.
Are these tickets different from the park’s?
There is no difference between the tickets you purchase from us and the parks.
If I buy my tickets now, will I be able to use them at a later date?
It depends on which tickets you order. Please call us for details pertaining to each ticket.
Can I use a 4 Day Hopper and share it with 4 people, one person each day?
No. All Disney tickets are non-transferable. They will scan your fingertips upon entry and only that person may redeem any remaining admissions left on the ticket.
What’s the difference between a Plus ticket and a Premium Ticket.
A Premium ticket will combines BOTH the “Plus” and “Hopper” options. Tickets with ONLY the “Plus” option added will not allow you to see more than 1 theme park each day of your ticket.
When can I use my Plus admissions?
Your Plus admissions may be used anytime BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER your theme park days are up. For example: You may start the day at Magic Kingdom, and after lunch go to Blizzard Beach. You do not need a hopper to ticket if you’re only visiting 1 theme park that day. Keep in mind, you may use more than 1 Plus admission each day. For example: You may start the day at Typhoon Lagoon, and visit Disney Quest at night. In this case, you have used 2 Plus admissions in one day.

What are your refund policies?
Common Sense Refund Policy
- Here at TicketMomma, we understand that life happens. And when life happens, sometimes vacations get cancelled. So, we offer a 1 (one) time refund for when those things happen. Here is the criteria for receiving a refund:
- If you need need a refund: There is a 10% fee applied to the order total. This covers delivery, re-stocking and processing fees regarding your ticket purchase.
- Tickets must NOT be signed or used in order to receive a refund.
- *Any E-tickets, tickets that have left our office, tickets not currently sold on the website, or any expired tickets, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
How do you ship your tickets?
We ship all our tickets via USPS Priority, with Signature Required upon delivery for orders over $2000. The package will not be left at your doorstep. Packages must be signed for upon arrival. We implement these policies for your protection and ours.
What do I do if I lose my tickets or they get stolen?
We STRONGLY encourage all our customers to take initiatives on their own by photocopying their tickets upon receiving them. Should you lose your tickets, you can take the copy of your tickets to Guest Services (every theme park has one) and they should be able to reprint your tickets there.
