Once processed your order will ship according to the guidelines below. Ensuring that you receive your tickets is our top priority. Here are our shipping options:

• FREE Same-Day Pick-Up: Are you hesitant to place an order, in fear of possible changes in your plans? Well, fear not! The Momma offers same-day pickup on all orders. Being one of the largest ticket brokers in the industry, we have the ability to keep inventory on hand and fulfill all rush orders. Our convenient location (2 miles from Disney) makes this option the most economical and easy method for you to receive your tickets. We just require that the credit card holder be present with the credit card used and matching photo ID in order for tickets to be released. • Email Delivery (PENDING Verification During Office Hours): Once your order has been processed, you will receive a separate email with a form to fill out. When you send back the completed form, the processor will email you your tickets. Booking after office hours will result in attraction tickets being processed the next business day.Tickets will only be emailed after we receive a completed form. COST: $0
• USPS Priority Domestic Mail: Delivery location must be in the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. Order must be placed 10 days prior to your departure in order to ensure delivery. Packages will only be delivered to the credit card’s billing address. COST: $15
• USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail: Orders shipped in 2 Business Days within the continental US. Orders are shipped the next business day after they are received. Packages will only be delivered to the credit card’s billing address. COST: $40
• USPS Priority International Orders: Please allow 4 weeks for delivery to Canada or the United Kingdom. COST: $35

Refund Policy: Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once tickets have been issued. If an exception is made to this policy, there is a 10% fee applied to the order total, minus the delivery fee. This covers re-stocking and processing fees regarding your ticket purchase.
